HUT is a 100% owned company by HOW United Services who in turn is formed by a joint venture between Al Darwish United Co. W.L.L. and Interserve Plc.
Al Darwish United Co.(ADU) was established in 1935 as a real estate, Pearl Trading and food stuffs enterprise. The discovery of oil provided further business potential in other sectors and the establishment of many local and international joint venture trading, contracting and travel businesses followed.
ADU’s vision, as stated by the Chairman Mr. Yousuf J. Al Darwish, is to be at the forefront of the industry. Excelling in our approach to develop strong partnerships, business ethics, honesty in operation and offering value to all shareholders.
InterservePlc a services, maintenance and building group. Operating globally within a diverse range of business sectors from construction and support services through to PFI and infrastructure. What we Do

We are an experienced trading company serving the Qatar construction and sports markets.  Our capabilities include sourcing and procurement of product that meets the needs of projects involving interior fit-outs, MEP works and sports related products for schools and sports arenas alike. We operate within all areas of the Qatar construction industry.
